Job Description :
This role involves a Sr. Staff Level Environmental Scientist, Engineer, or Geologist who is expected to handle project responsibilities associated with due diligence (Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)) projects, soil and groundwater field sampling data during Phase II ESA, and site assessment projects.
The candidate will support and lead safety efforts on project sites, interpret results, and develop conclusions concerning environmental site conditions.
Responsibilities
The individual will be preparing reports summarizing findings, overseeing field monitoring and testing of soil and groundwater, writing reports related to site investigations, assessments, and remediation activities, and interacting with clients.
The candidate will also prepare technical and cost proposals and assist with managing project budgets. This position requires thorough knowledge of Florida soil and groundwater sampling protocols and environmental regulations, as well as strong client-facing communication skills to relay project information timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Geology, chemistry, environmental engineer, needs to be science related
