Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in Denver! We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

The Service Coordinator should be organized, pay close attention to detail, and know their way around basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Suites.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am until 4 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities
You will :
- Create service orders and review order details to clarify ambiguity of order requests
- Schedule Technicians and update calendars with appointments
- Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicate and coordinate with various parities (Technicians, Sales Reps, Customers) through both phone and email
- Build repair quotes for customers based on parts, labor and trip charge fees
- Order parts necessary to repair equipment
- Keep track of open work orders
- Perform quality control and notify appropriate party if information is missing
- Address potential problems in processing
- Prepare and submit equipment warranties
- Process service orders and facilitate equipment pick-up and delivery with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You have :
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
- 1-year of experience with MS Suites
- 1-year of ERP experience
- Computer Savvy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
