Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager :
The RN Unit Manager works under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe.
Qualifications of an RN Unit Manager :
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Previous Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
- Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population
