THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Concept, shoot, and edit video content for social media based on a creative brief and direction that supports the brand voice and brand vision.
- Collaborate and communicate directly with the Creative Director and Consumer Engagement Team to execute social media strategy and content to engage with followers and grow the digital community.
- Remain up to date on current and emerging social, lifestyle and fashion trends; continually provide research results to facilitate the identification of engagement opportunities and innovations
- Knowledge of best practices in platforms, and technology (video editing and audio)
- Generate and present fresh ideas for improving on current and developing new ways to market content through social media.
Think outside the box!
- Support 360 campaign shoots with shot lists and strategy
- Support Enhanced Content creation
QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have :
Essential :
- Minimum 3 years of experience shooting and editing videos for social media in fashion and beauty
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Editing or a related field
- Must have a strong sense of beauty / fashion / luxury aesthetic.
- Ability to interpret analytics to develop creative content.
- Strong presentation skills; can clearly articulate ideas with confidence to senior management
- Must be comfortable and able to self-art direct social shoots and design within the brand's identity and maintain consistency cross each project.
- Must be extremely self-motivated, proactive, detail-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Must be comfortable working with multiple teams and able to collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and energetic demeanour to help foster an upbeat working environment
- Graphic Design experience a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, social media platforms Reels, TikTok and Video Editing knowledge required
