We are seeking an Employment Law Attorney (2-5 years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in employment law, civil litigation, and be able to provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies for the successful resolution of cases, as well as provide representation in court proceedings with the assistance of senior counsel.
The Litigation Attorney must also have excellent communication and research skills.
Responsibilities :
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Research and analyze legal issues.
- Conduct discovery and depositions.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.

Salary : $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
