Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to patients dealing with chronic pain, helping them navigate and process their experiences.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assess participants’ immediate risk factors and evaluate their biopsychosocial needs to provide effective support.
• Deliver educational resources and support to patients and their caregivers, enhancing understanding and management of their conditions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.
• Understand each patient’s support needs and interaction preferences, providing a personalized experience that helps them adhere to prescribed treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, ensuring compliance with all clinical standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Got a valid and active CA state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
• Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
