Title : Java Developer (onsite)

Work authorization : any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)

Must-have skills : 7+ years - Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts / Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets / JSP, and JPA / Hibernate);

3+y exp. with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularJS, NodeJS, React, and JQuery); 5+ y of exp Oracle, PL / SQL (DML and DDL)

PREFERRED : governmental exp.

Location : Tallahassee, FL

Additional information : The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements :

• Availability to work 100% on Client's site in Tallahassee, FL;
• Experience with Java application development (leveraging frameworks such as Struts / Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets / JSP, and JPA / Hibernate);
• Experience with Javascript frameworks (such as AngularyJS, NodeJS, React, and JQuery);
• Experience developing and maintaining Oracle databases, including the capability to write complex queries and develop complex PL / SQL database objects, both DML and DDL;
• Experience performing in the capacity as a fullstack developer;
• Experience with responsive design frameworks;
• Experience using code repositories;
• Experience using continuous integration tools;

Experience write technical, business, and plain language documents and / or emails, with great attention to detail in all written communications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Provide maintenance, enhancement and support for a variety of the agency's business applications;
• Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications;
• Research and document requirements of program users;
• Writing, translating and coding software programs and applications per specifications;
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines;
• Working with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems;

Providing mentoring and guidance to junior programmers.
