Job Summary
We are looking for a sales and marketing leader for our Full Service Hotel! Candidates will bring a background rich in progressive hotel experience, with at least 3 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role in a Full-Service hotel.
Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience as Director of Sales and Marketing in a Full-Service hotel
- 5+ years experience in a Full-Service hotel
- Experience creating budgets
- Experience creating and executing marketing strategies
- Leadership experience
Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales team without micromanaging
- Actively sell; this is both a leadership and sales position
- Create and execute marketing strategy
- Attend local events, chamber meetings, and other networking opportunities
- Work with the leadership team on operational completion
