Chief Operating Officer Utility Services Private Equity
Our client is a middle-market utility services business growing under private equity ownership with exciting industry-driven growth prospects.
Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer with significant experience driving operating performance efficiency in the professional services sector.
The position will have oversight of all aspects of the business ensuring productivity and profitability while undertaking aggressive expansion.
This role will focus on maintaining and growing strong momentum for the business, driving efficiencies as they broaden operations across multiple states while diversifying into new markets.
The company is poised to grow through acquisitive and organic strategies and looking for a hands-on growth-focused driver to continue to expand the scope of its market leadership.
You will have the capacity to oversee sales, business development, project management and customer service while running a true P&L.
Ideally you will have previous experience with both large scale and middle-market professional services organizations where you developed a strong understanding of best practices and the ability to improve process across organizations, including the introduction of KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting and team management.
It will be an asset to have worked in a private equity-backed business or investor-driven enterprise focused on value creation and an ultimate outcome for the business.
