Requirements & Physical Demands :
- Must pass an extensive background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid California's Drivers License
- Must live in Bakersfield, CA
- Must be 25 years or older (for auto insurance purposes) with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 100+ lbs independently
- Ability to work consecutive 24hr on call shifts
- Available to work night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures with little supervision
- Maintains professional appearance and disposition at all times.
- Have a functioning smartphone, for dispatch / navigation / data entry, must be organized
- Able to deal with grieving families
