JOB TITLE : Human Resources Manager - Fairburn, GA

SUMMARY :
Responsible for managing and supporting all personnel for the Fairburn, GA facility. Assist HR leaders for implementation and coordination of the following : employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, and employee services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Experience in working with ADP modules including full cycle recruiting plus time and attendance
- Administers and interprets group insurance plans, including group life, medical, dental, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long term disability
- Recruits, screens, interviews hourly candidates to fulfill company staffing needs in a timely manner
- Communicate with staffing agencies for personnel needs
- Ensures candidates meet job requirements; employment history, criminal, education and pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Conducts new hire orientation program
- Initiates and verifies acceptable results for : pre-employment physicals, drug screens and background investigations
- Ensures compliance with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Assists employees in enrolling in company benefits including insurance, 401k, etc.
- Answers employee questions concerning benefits and company policies
- Administers weekly timesheets & payroll discrepancies for hourly production employees
- Processes employee uniform / safety shoe orders
- Interfaces with Supervisors, Managers, HR Leaders, and other TOTO management daily
- Assist with employee engagements activities and team lunches
- Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events
- Conducts exit interviews to determine reason(s) for separation
- Coordinates the handling of unemployment compensation matters
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Indirectly supervises 150 + / - employees within the production department(s)
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field plus (3) years of applicable HR experience.
- Ability to positively influence people
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ADP Workforce Now
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstance, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Moderate or light lifting between 5-20 lbs.
- Walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard.
- Ability to verbally communicate in order to exchange information, and operate office equipment
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS :
- Travel to various TOTO USA’s Georgia locations as needed SCHEDULE :
