AERMOR is hiring RDT&E Military Technical Analysts Senior to provide research and analysis of current and future operations.
The selected individual will provide recommendations and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making to the customer and leadership.
They will be developing and maintaining relationships with the customer and military partners providing analysis on new technologies, systems, and capabilities for military applications, evaluating the effectiveness, performance and safety of systems through tests and assessments.
Responsibilities Include : Analyzes user needs to determine training and technical requirements as they apply to the M&S systems Works with technical experts and instructional technologists to incorporate the training solution into new or existing training programs May provide life-cycle support for resulting training systems or programs Provide technical advice and assistance related to defense projects Supervises training development staff Qualifying Requirements : Must currently possess a U.
S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance 4+ years of experience in the specified functional area Certification / Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in functional area (master's preferred) OR 8-years of experience in analyzing and developing training requirements and designing training programs Powered by JazzHR
