Fireline is seeking a Service Coordinator in Baltimore, MD

As one of our Service Coordinators, you’ll be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming calls and emails from customers and assisting with service scheduling and support.
You’ll also perform work closely with our field technicians, accounting team and sales team to ensure customer’s needs are met.

What we’re looking for
You will be a great fit for Fireline if you have prior experience working in a customer service, office support or call center environment.
To be qualified, you must have proficient computer skills and be able to use MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe PDF and databases.
You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Our Service Coordinators work in a fast-paced, high-call volume, office environment. Also, this position will require the ability to sit long periods of time, use your hands and fingers to work computer systems and keyboard, read, speak clearly and have frequent telephone and face-to-face conversations.
Mostly importantly, you must be able to :

Other Requirements :
- Applicants must be 18+
- Per Fireline’s insurance policy, it is a requirement that employees ages 21 and over are permitted to drive company vehicles.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Fireline is a drug-free company. Employees will be required to take a drug test at the time of hire and periodically throughout their employment.
This will include the testing of cannabinoids (marijuana), opiates, amphetamines, and methamphetamines. Fireline is a DOT regulated business working in the life safety industry and per DOT rule 49 CFR Part.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Be comfortable working in different environments as our technicians work indoors and outdoors.
- The ability to read, speak, sit, stand, walk, use your hands, reach, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
