  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations in the technology industry (e.g., servers, networking equipment, storage, etc.).

Preferred qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine demand forecasting models that prioritize customer needs and preferences, integrating insights from sales, marketing, engaged analysis, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to create supply plans that meet forecast demand and build in buffers for unforeseen circumstances, ensuring uninterrupted product availability.
  • Capture and analyze customer needs in detail, translating them into clear specifications and data insights that inform the entire supply chain.
  • Guide the team in defining and managing hardware configurations (SKUs) that are flexible enough to meet diverse customer requirements while maintaining supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop pricing models and cost estimates that are transparent and easy for Sales teams to communicate, enabling accurate customer quotes.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure forecasts, plans, and priorities are aligned with the overarching goal of customer satisfaction.
