Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process.

From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience.

Compensation :

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Buyer Management : Manage all buyers from lead to close, including scheduling and coordinating showings, writing and negotiating offers, and providing weekly updates while under contract
• Transaction Oversight : Make sure buyers go through a seamless purchasing process including working with lenders to get them pre-approved.

Take pictures at closing with clients and deliver closing gifts

• Open Houses : Host open houses at least once per week, knock on doors in the neighborhood, and set up open house signs with balloons
• Customer Service : Maintain excellent customer service and tone of voice. Be prompt in replies and always maintain a helpful attitude
• Listing Alerts : Set up and manage listing alerts for buyers, follow up consistently, and highlight properties that seem like good fits
• Lead Follow-Up : Be excessive and resilient about following up with leads, making 10 touches within 7 days
• Lead Conversion : Practice daily role play to improve interactions with new leads and clients. Excel at converting leads
• CRM Management : Diligently update the CRM and maintain systems to maximize lead conversion. Input all personal contacts into the company CRM and market to them
• Client Events : Attend and help setup and take down client appreciation events
• Communication : Speak with no profanity, be self-motivated, a quick learner, accountable, eager to learn and grow, coachable, and open to feedback
• Conflict Resolution : Be direct and manage emotions well under pressure. Help clients remain calm and guide them through the buying process.

Resolve conflicts and be a peacemaker

• Agreements : Get buyer broker agreements signed before showing homes. Be politically correct and earn trust easily
• Ownership : Take extreme ownership of actions and mistakes
• Passion for Real Estate : Love real estate, be a student of the tax code, and have an interest in real estate investing / development
• Mindset : Be open-minded, a life student to success, and eager to be pushed and coached

Qualifications :

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
