Price Solutions is actively searching for a Customer Relations Representative to join our Marketing team . The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, and prioritize a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities include :
- Building client relationships : Must be able to build strong relationships by following up with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
- Product / Service Knowledge : Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product, and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets their needs
- Providing feedback : Provide feedback to the management team that can help improve future business dealings
- Closing Sales : Sealing the deal with effective closing techniques
- Mandatory training sessions : Attend ongoing training to acquire system knowledge and stay up to date on products and services
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one year in a direct customer service role
- Ability to adapt to new situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
