Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location : Miami, FL

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Project Manager for one of our clients in the Financial industry to play a pivotal role in ensuring application compliance with the newly enacted legislation.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upgrading our application to meet the ISO 20022 standard, a critical global data standard for financial information across various markets.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and run meetings to drive project milestones.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering to align project objectives with business goals.
• Spearhead documentation efforts to maintain clear and concise project records.
• Adhere to and implement the PM framework to ensure project consistency and quality.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or project management.
• Proficient understanding of ISO 20022 and its application in payments, FX, trade finance, and securities markets.
• Demonstrated experience in documentation, requirements gathering, and meeting facilitation.
• Versatility in working within Waterfall / hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Preferred :

• PMP certification.
• Experience in supporting technical projects.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish / English are highly advantageous.
