Inpatient Admissions Specialist....
To serve as a communication and information resource for inpatient services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
intake referral, registration, and securing patient signatures on required forms and documentation and dissemination of patient information to other hospital departments.
Ensures that all potential and existing patients of the hospital are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion during the admissions process, while protecting the medical, financial and legal interests of the hospital.
Supports the functions of the inpatient financial coordinator.
To qualify you must :
High School graduate with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
