What You Will Do :
- Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.
- Develop and execute marketing plans.
- Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.
- Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.
- Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.
- Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.
Why You Are Qualified :
- A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and / or sales desired
- Experience working with marketing plans and external sales
Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
