Toyotas Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated College Programs
Administrator.
This role's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition College team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition College Programs, Diversity & Employer Brand Manager, the person (s) in this role will support the Talent Acquisition college programs teams objective of attracting and selecting a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for Toyota's internship, co-op, and full-time trainee programs for our business or technical functions.
What youll be doing
Providing Administrative support for Toyotas various business or technical internships, co-ops, or full-time trainee programs across all Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) business units (Sales, Product Support, Corporate Resources, One Tech & Mobility, Manufacturing, and R&D) and TFS LG(1 (
Build effective relationships with internal Toyota business functions and externally with our student population
Team member referral tracking, and candidate prescreens
Provide interview coordination, and scheduling support for college recruiters
Facilitate background and drug screen activities for all intern, co-op & trainee programs
Oversee communication through the college programs incoming and outgoing mailboxes
Coordinate logistics for all college programs onboarding and offboarding LG(2 activities
Workday

Requirements : What you bring
What you bring
One - three years professional work experience
Ability to be independent and a self-starter
Demonstrated effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong internal and external customer focus; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of human resources information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills

Ability to coordinate interview activities
Added bonus if you have
Firm understanding of Toyota's internship, co-op, and trainee programs
HRIS experience, preferably Workday / HireRight
