If you have a deep passion for the automotive industry, possess the skill of building strong relationships, and thrive in a commission-based environment, we are eager to hear from you!*Job Description : * As a Commission Client Adviser at Genesis of Ridgefield, you will play a crucial role in our sales team.
Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in purchasing a new or pre-owned Genesis vehicle. You will be the face of our dealership, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and informative and leads to a successful sale.
- Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.* Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Genesis vehicles.
- Conducted test drives and followed up with potential customers.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.* Maintain an organized and presentable sales area.* Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.*Qualifications : A high school diploma or equivalent;
a college degree is preferred.* Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
