The RN Manager, Oncology will demonstrate competence in performing critical skills, developing and initiating plans of care, involving patients and families, being an expert problem-solver, and being committed to providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit.

The Oncology, Nurse Manager must provide 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or manager-level experience and must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
