The basics of this position :

The Science department at STLCC - Forest Park is hiring adjuncts to teach on-campus, in-Person classes in Chemistry for the spring semester.

We are particularly looking for someone who can teach STEM chemistry lab on Monday afternoons and Health Science chemistry during the day.

What you'll do :

This position is for on-campus, in-person instruction.

Instructors are responsible for instruction, grading, record-keeping, and compliance with legal and institutional obligations.

Instructors should expect to meet all deadlines and to regularly use standard software, including the Microsoft Office suite, as appropriate.

Instructors must conduct all activities with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people, styles, and views.

Education, experience, and other requirements :

Master’s degree in discipline or a master’s degree with at least eighteen (18) approved graduate semester hours in the subject field or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications :

Community College Teaching experience.
