Job Overview : Smart Stack Impact is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Greensboro, NC office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and support the overall functioning of the office.

$38.500- $49.500 yearly
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
