Veterinary Receptionist with a positive, fun attitude needed full-time at a large, established veterinary clinic. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred, but not required.
This position requires the ability to multi-task, be a team player, ensuring exceptional client care and a love for animals.
The Receptionist position is very fast paced and detail-oriented.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :
- Answering multiple phone lines (questions, messages, etc)
- Scheduling boarding, surgeries and doctor appointments
- Checking in boarding, grooming, surgeries and doctors appointments
- Filling / calling in prescriptions
- Cleaning / maintaining reception area, lounge and pet park
- Completing Daily / Weekly / Monthly assigned tasks
- Customer service and much more
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Weekend availability as needed
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
