Job Title : Electrical Project Manager High Voltage Projects
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager with extensive experience in managing high voltage projects. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role requires expertise in high voltage systems and a proven ability to lead complex projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee high voltage electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and the achievement of project milestones.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
- Review and interpret high voltage electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of high voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications, particularly in high voltage environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, fostering collaboration and productivity across all project stages.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and project close-out materials.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, specifically in high voltage electrical projects.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, particularly high voltage installations and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with a focus on high voltage systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and other relevant software.
- Ability to read and interpret high voltage electrical drawings and technical documents.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- PMP certification and relevant safety certifications are an asset.
