Shift : 8-Hour Days (Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM)
Shifts Per Week : 5
Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate : $33 - $48
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Nuclear Med Technologist to join our outpatient clinic in Grapevine, Texas.
In this role, you will perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET procedures while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
You will work collaboratively with physicians, nursing partners, and other team members to deliver top-tier patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic procedures (planar, SPECT, SPECT / CT) with precision and efficiency.
Maintain equipment through routine quality control and compliance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and assessing their ability to undergo procedures.
Ensure patient safety by adhering to all radiation safety protocols and infection control measures.
Safely administer radiopharmaceuticals and educate patients on radiation safety techniques.
Collaborate with the medical team and ensure timely transfer of patient images to the PACS system for review.
Monitor patient conditions during procedures and communicate any changes to the appropriate team members.
Required Certifications :
ARRT-N (Nuclear Medicine Technologist) or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist).
