Salary Range : $88,000 - $92,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree from or enrolled in a School Administration / Educational Leadership program.
• Must meet administrator certification requirements as established by the Michigan Department of Education.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Possession of valid Michigan teaching certificate.
• Evidence of successful secondary teaching experience
• Ability to communicate a vision of success and gain commitment from stakeholders
• Knowledge and successful experience with implementing a school improvement plan and initiatives
• Knowledge and successful experience in working with at-risk students preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in :
• School Improvement
• Curriculum Development
• Effective Communication
• Effective Student Discipline
• Effective Teacher Evaluation
• Motivating Others to Obtain Results
• Staff Development
• Career Preparation Process
