Through our Resident Attorney program, we provide an opportunity for candidates with less traditional backgrounds to develop their legal skills by gaining meaningful work experience at NP.
Resident attorneys complete a 12-month apprenticeship with a heavy emphasis on training, education, and mentorship. After their first year in the program, resident attorneys may choose to renew their participation for another 6 months to a year, join our attorney ranks, or pursue other opportunities outside of NP.
In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
Boston, MA : $135,000
