Pay Rate : $20-30 / hr on W2 (DOE)

Summary :

As a QA analyst for Accessibility, you will support operations for the Clients Central Accessibility team and work closely with program leads, supporting QA and other cross-functional partners in our efforts to build inclusive products and platforms.

This role demands flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and enthusiasm for operating in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist accessibility program managers in clients product accessibility review planning, execution, and delivery
• Draft, revise, and curate accessibility test plans, working closely with product teams to ensure coverage of relevant user experiences
• Monitor multiple user feedback channels, triage feedback, and reproduce, document, and escalate bugs
• Provide other general support to Accessibility program managers in day-to-day operations

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in QA, product test plan development and new feature testing
• Working knowledge of WCAG guidelines
• Proficiency navigating and using mobile device Assistive Technology, including VoiceOver or TalkBack screenreaders
• Proficiency in using iOS and Android accessibility settings
• Proficiency using Mac and Windows computers
• Proficiency using word processors, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools like Google Docs
• Ability to work remotely as needed. Requires candidate to have broadband internet connection and the ability to use Video Conferencing Software
