Skills & Job Responsibilities :
- IT Service Management Process Owner of an IT Service Management process, (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
- The process owner will be responsible for ensuring high levels of performance of the ITSM processes.
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and establishing service improvement activities, when required.
- Responsible for overseeing all related processes and ensuring they are effectively executed.
- Implements improvements and strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Develops metrics and reporting requirements and maintains service level agreements (SLA).
- Trains, guides and advises on the process.
- Develops and maintains process documentation, workflow diagrams and knowledge database articles.
- Promotes high service quality and identifies opportunities to improve day-to-day operations.
The Change Management Process Owner leads the Change Control Board ensuring that all change requests meet all requirements for promotion to the production environment.
