Responsibilities
- Contract administration including pay applications, partial and final lien waiver tracking, change orders, closeout packages and project invoices
- Interdepartmental coordination
- Coordination with Accounts Payable department to insure timely payment of project invoices.
- Manage administrative tasks as required for project management team.
- Maintain construction plan library / project close-out binders / FTP Site
- Prepare agenda for the monthly construction meetings
- Administrative assistance during project bid period
Qualifications
- Construction background is required.
- Knowledge of construction documents, such as construction plans / specs, RFI’s, change orders, pay applications, etc. is required.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and project life cycle is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Problem Solving Skills
- Great Communication Skills
