Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating thoughtful management of leaderstime against priorities and ensuring that he is prepared formeetings including making recommendations to leader(s) regardingprioritization delegation and organization.
  • Coordinating business travel with awareness of potentialconflicts; processing the relevant expenses in line with companypolicy.
  • Taking ownership of key deliverablesand structuring work to achieve goals seeing the big picture andunderstanding the longterm impacts.
  • Exhibitinga strong attention to detail in coordination and communication oflogistics.
  • Maintaining and leveraging a broadnetwork of contacts; effectively communicate and partner withinternal stakeholders to achieve goals;

serve as key point ofcontact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Taking ownership of BlackRocks technology capabilitiespolicies and procedures as they relate to the administrative andexecutive roles.
  • Adapting to changes andeffectively communicating and implementing new procedures and bestpractices.
  • Managing and supporting ad hocprojects and initiatives as needed.
  • Understanding the rhythm of business of the executiveoffice / team adjusting scheduling according to businesspriorities.
  • Coaching and developingAdministrative Talent.
  • Orchestrating largemeetings townhall events and offsites managing all planning detailsand coordination.
  • Partnering with the Chief ofStaff to the Global head of Aladdin.

Skills &Behaviors :

  • A minimumof 7 years of related administrative experience.
  • The ability to exercise discretion and independentjudgement comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • The ability to make decisions and act quickly wheninformation is limited; can assess the criticality of potentialrisks prioritize and escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)active listening skills and the ability to recognize differentviews to help build consensus.
  • A deepunderstanding of big picture goals and how to prioritizeeffectively to achieve them.
  • The desire togain a deeper understanding of technology and processes and theability to educate others.
  • An ability to leadby example model and inspire the highest ethical standard and serveas a role model for Administrative Professionals andothers.
