This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.
The Center Development Manager here at Sono Bello oversees the procurement of center FF&E as well as supplies and sets up new consult and surgical centers.
They complete the handoff to the Operations team for launch. The position will also be responsible for additional new projects related to the function and efficiency of centers including expansions, remodels, refreshes, roll out of new initiatives, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The position requires 50%+ travel and 24 / 7 availability.
- Procurement, center set up, third party vendor relationships to correct center issues are part of the varied duties of a Facilities Implementation Manager.
- Additional duties can include special projects as necessary to improve processes
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role required.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Must be familiar with MS Office and Smartsheet and can learn computer operating systems. Preferred some knowledge of reading and understanding architectural drawings.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Work at corporate office in Kirkland WA a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

This role requires up to 50% of nationwide travel based on business needs.
COMPENSTATION :
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $89,000 - $111,000 + Bonus.
