Responsibilities :
- Manage OTB sales and inventory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Update and communicate OTB and receipt plans, ensuring schedules are met' participate in forecast and OTB meetings
- Re-forecast sales bi-monthly, report results to the manager; adjust inventory as needed
- Analyze trends, forecast, and provide quarterly and seasonal plans in advance; ensure purchases align with the plan
- Identify and address sales and inventory risks weekly
- Work with merchandisers on inventory management, including exit and transition strategies, cancellations, markdowns, and in-store plans
- Report sales and inventory results monthly and quarterly
- Review pre-distribution orders and prioritize key styles / categories for delivery
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years in merchandise planning or buying, preferably in footwear
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Internet.
- Strong numerical and retail math skills
- Proficient in financial metrics and performance reports
- Experience in SKU and category planning, financial planning, and report / model building
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communicator across teams.
- Team-oriented with a drive to achieve goals
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Customer service-oriented and driven to succeed
Salary : $90,000 -$110,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
