As an Email Marketing Strategist at Fidelitas, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer retention and maximize the lifetime value of our client base, primarily through email and SMS marketing.

Responsibilities :
- Create and implement effective retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts
- Plan and execute targeted retention campaigns across email and SMS channels
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor retention efforts to specific audience groups
- Establish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and continuously improve retention initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our paid media, organic social, web, and account management teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives
- Provide regular reports on key retention metrics and campaign performance, and use findings to iterate and optimize strategies
Requirements :
- 1+ years of Klaviyo or Sendlane experience
- 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of retention marketing tactics, including email marketing, loyalty programs, SMS, and customer segmentation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention campaigns that drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
