Senior Marketing Specialist - Financial firm in Hillsboro, ORJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to design and manage complex, multi-channel campaigns and communication initiatives.

As a subject matter expert and strategy lead, this role will involve collaboration with channel managers and vendors across various focus areas of marketing strategy such as SEO / SEM, product lifecycle, and social / PR.

The ideal candidate will build effective go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and remain consistent within the broader marketing framework.

Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through data use, channel selection, media strategy, segmentation strategy, and automation is crucial.

This role also involves forecasting, tracking, evaluating, and presenting campaign and program performance against industry and historical benchmarks, as well as developing and managing long-range marketing plans and production forecasts, including budget management and performance reporting.

Essential SkillsExperience in managing multi-channel marketing campaignsExpertise in SEO / SEM, product lifecycle management, and social media / PRAbility to build effective go-to-market strategiesProficiency in data analysis for marketing effectivenessStrong skills in forecasting, tracking, and performance evaluationBudget management and long-range marketing planningAdditional InformationTeam has a full service of products that they put together campaigns for.

For Example : Full life cycle of Paid Media, Content Creation, Search Ads, Email Campaign, Social media, Landing pages, etc.

These two roles will hopefully take on the full life cycle of developing the campaign with the business units and then taking those to get approval and begin implementing with internal stakeholders.

Prefer if they come from the Financial Sector but it's not a requirement. Background understanding of Financial product lines (credit cards, auto loans, brokerage, Personal Loans).

Work Load : Will handle all marketing aspects (ie writing copy) but after determine the campaign will work with their Inhouse Media / Creative team to put everything together.

They will be directing everything but have them as a resource to help the projects.Previous people who have struggled in this role are ones that have never done the work themselves and usually sent it out to agencies which they directed but never did the hands on work.

He has seen people with only email campaign experience and not well rounded.Google Analytics experience, worked at Agencies at a contributor level.

He is pushing Frist Tech on the growth of Technology as a company so loves people that are passionate in that area.Performance Metrics : Each unit they support has different KPI's but expect they will have high level of production from the campaigns they are producing.
