The key function of the Recruiter role is to match the right people to the right job. A Kestra Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and be responsible for creating innovative ways to manage full cycle recruiting across multiple business units.

This position will : build relationships with hiring managers, market jobs, source, screen candidates, negotiate compensation, and make job offers to candidates while providing a first-class candidate experience.

The Recruiter reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Plan, prepare, facilitate, and follow-through on talent discussions and recruitment plans across business units, functions, cross-functional pools, and varying levels of leadership
• Manage candidate database and recruiting platforms
• Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
• Focus on and seek ways to provide a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Remain current in knowledge of state and federal employment laws

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience Required :

o BS / BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability

o Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience which include :

o Providing an excellent candidate experience

o Collaborating with hiring managers in multiple disciplines

o Interviewing candidates

o Sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed etc.

o Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent across a variety of disciplines

o Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners - helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment

o Knowledge of various state(s) and federal laws regarding employment practices

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Skilled in offer negotiation o Awareness of employment market trends

o Adherence to high ethical and regulatory standards

Preferred :

• Experience in corporate and agency / executive search experience
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, and / or sales
• Experience in startup environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Indoor open office environment
• Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
• Extended / overtime hours when needed
• Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare.

Kestra maintains a drug free workplace and testing is a condition of employment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and / or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage
• Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Frequent computer use
• Frequent phone and other business machine use
• Occasional lifting required, up to 25 pounds TRAVEL
• Infrequent domestic travel may be required, less than 25%

Salary : $88,000-$110,000 Depending on Experience.
