Onboarding Project Coordinator Role Summary The Advatix™ Onboarding Project Coordinator (OPC) is an entry-level position that works in support of the company objectives, carrying out the administration of the day-to-day operations of all talent functions and duties.

The OPC carries out responsibilities specifically related to talent solutions, staff training and development, organizational development, executive administration, and employment.

The OPC is responsible for modeling company values and promoting the company culture. Key Results Areas Support all internal and HR-related inquiries or requests for the contingent hires Maintain digital and electronic records of individuals staffed Oversee the completion of staffing documentation assigned to this role Maintain Real Time updated records of all new staff Enforce staffing deadlines and manage data uploads within the ATS platform Field general questions, serve as a liaison for answering complex questions for the TA team Support recruitment efforts through sourcing as needed Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Preparing new employee files Coordinate between recruiters, ensuring hiring needs are being met Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or another related field is preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist Positive and friendly demeanor and personality Ability to work effectively across various cultures and countries Understanding of TA functions and best practices Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Deliver world-class service to all internal and external contacts Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, G-Suite, and related business and communication tools Experience with Paycom HRIS strongly preferred Fantastic organizational and time management skills Strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills Advatix®, Inc.
