Role Overview

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for digital innovation? As the Digital Product Manager at Classic Vacations, you will lead critical digital projects, bridging technical solutions with business strategy.

Your primary focus will be delivering solutions that anticipate and meet client needs, guiding teams toward impactful outcomes, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports our company’s long-term objectives.

Project Strategy and Execution

Define Project Scope and Objectives

Develop both long- and short-term project roadmaps, aligning digital product strategies with business goals and client needs.

Establish clear project milestones and success metrics to guide the team toward impactful outcomes.

Project Planning and Resource Allocation

Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed project plans, ensuring appropriate task assignments, resource availability, and alignment with project goals.

Continuously assess project progress and adjust resource allocation to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

Guide and empower teams by setting expectations, coordinating resources, and providing ongoing support to drive project milestones and deliverables.

Ensure each team member has the tools and clarity they need to contribute effectively.

Serve as a Central Communication Hub

Act as the primary liaison among internal teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders and providing transparency on project updates, priorities, and any evolving requirements.

Risk Management and Quality Control

Identify and Mitigate Risks

Conduct risk assessments at each phase of the project, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure quality and continuity.

Oversee Quality Standards

Manage quality control measures through each stage of development to ensure deliverables meet Classic’s high standards for excellence.

Agile Project Adaptability

Adjust Timelines and Objectives

Remain agile in response to shifting project requirements, financial considerations, or unforeseen obstacles. Adapt plans and allocate resources as needed to maintain project momentum and alignment with overarching business objectives.

Strategic Trade-offs and Decision-Making

Balance competing project demands, managing trade-offs between cost, timelines, and customer impact to optimize outcomes that best serve both Classic and its clients.

Driving Continuous Improvement

Evaluate Project Success

Set and track success metrics for each project or feature post-implementation. Use insights from project outcomes to refine processes, improve efficiencies, and promote innovation across future initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Education Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing
  • Experience & Industry Knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management with a proven record of successful project leadership, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency with Tools and Analysis
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, and SharePoint, as well as experience in requirements gathering and functional design.
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project Management Expertise
  • A high level of project management competency, with a focus on planning, tracking, and identifying risks proactively. Preferred Certifications : PMP, CSPO, or similar
  • Problem-Solving Mindset
  • Creative and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to approach challenges unconventionally and provide innovative solutions.
  • Software Development Familiarity
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile / SCRUM or Waterfall. A full understanding of industry standard software development workflows.
  • AI-driven Efficiency Expertise
  • Experience using AI to drive efficiency in the workplace. An understanding of tools for natural language models and machine learning such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.

Employment Terms & Benefits :

  • Work Schedule : Full-time, 40+ hours per week, with virtual office work.
  • Compensation : DOE + Annual Bonus (based on company and individual performance).
  • Travel : Flexibility to travel as needed (less than 10%).

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform essential job functions while working at a computer for extended periods.
