Job Description
Project Manager / Division Manager Responsibilities :
- Recruit and Develop team
- Role Crews out at start of the day, approve times, finish paper work from the day prior
- Scheduling and Customer relationship management
- Manage material purchasing and set crews up for success
- Client Facing / Communication
- Office Based role(will be checking in on sites 30%-50% of time max)

The Successful Applicant
The Right Project Manager / Division Manager will have :
- 3-5 Years of Construction Management Experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent
- Experience in Marine, Civil, Custom Home Residential, or Public construction sectors
- Within an hour of Sandwich, MA
- Ability to use office 365
