Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain demand planning models to improve forecast accuracyCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on demand forecastsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators for continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field;
Master's degree is a plus7 or more years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in Medical ProductsExtensive experience in Demand Planning systems, with SAP IBP preferredStrong analytical skills in statistical forecasting and data manipulationAbility to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
