Territory Sales Representative - South (Commission) North Carolina
Job Purpose
Under general direction, develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales within territory that meet or exceed company sales and margin goals and objectives.
Through telesales, video calls, on-site visits, attending industry organization meetings and attending trade-shows, establish and maintain relationships with end-users of our products, dental laboratories, Dealer management and sales representatives and other business partners to foster sales growth, provide product education and to gain relevant industry and competitive information.

Job Functions and Responsibilities / Estimated % of Time
1. Using the Whip Mix consultative sales system, proactively contact Dealers within territory via outbound calls, video calls and travel to their offices to build relationships, understand their business and develop sustainable growth plans with each Dealer. 25%
2. Using the Whip Mix consultative sales system, proactively contact End-Users, such as dental laboratories, clinics and purchasing groups, via outbound calls, video calls and travel to their offices to provide product training and promote Whip Mix products to increase the purchases of Whip Mix products by those end-users through the Dealer network or direct from Whip Mix as appropriate. 25%
3. Develop and implement pricing, distribution and / or private label agreements with Dealers that profitably grow business and solve Dealer issues. 10%
4. Set-up and lead quarterly meetings with Dealers to review sales performance establish sales targets and set marketing plans. 10%
5. Provide assistance and product training to end-users of our products, dental laboratories, Dealer management and sales representatives and other business partners as needed within the Sales Territory. 10%
6. Set-up regular co-travel plans with Dealer representatives. 10%
7. Attend Trade-Shows and other events within and outside of territory as directed by Manager to support set-up and staffing of trade show booths, build relationships, gather market intelligence and promote Whip Mix products. 5%
8. Enter data and keep information current in Whip Mix CRM system to track customer activity, sales calls made and other relevant information on customers and business partners. 5%

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Worker Characteristics :
- Demonstrated ability to use effective communication and negotiation skills to conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, fielding customer inquiries and to present sales strategies and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to develop product and service pricing packages for customers and to trouble shoot customer problems.
- Must be able to use a high degree of product and workflow knowledge to demonstrate correct product usage to varying groups of current and potential customers.
- Must have the ability to manage time while working on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Ability to utilize business skills (such as sales forecasting and marketing techniques) in order to position and promote products.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, clients and business partners while possessing a high degree of energy and a positive attitude in a competitive market and role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as experience working in an ERP, CRM and similar systems required.
- Ability to travel by car and plane to fulfill job requirements required.
Summary Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum (3) three years sales experience is required.
- Prior work in the dental or medical sales field with the ability to apply dental industry terminology, product application and workflows is strongly preferred.
Working Conditions
Home location with typical office set-up required.
Must have adequate and reliable internet connection and stable mobile telephone service.
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time if required.

Paul, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or St. Louis. This position will receive a base salary plus commission.
