EstimateDevelopment : Analyze and compile data impacting labor materialsequipment and location costs to ensure highquality and timelyestimates.
ProjectAnalysis : Review drawings specifications and site conditionsincorporating input from fieldoperations.
InnovativeSolutions : Explore alternative construction methods to enhance bidcompetitiveness.
AccuracyAssurance : Verify takeoff quantities and utilize cost history toensure preciseestimates.

RegulatoryKnowledge : Advanced understanding of agency (U)DBE requirements andcivil construction industrystandards.
Required Skills and Experience Educational Background : Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, BusinessAdministration, or equivalent experience.
Industry Experience : 8+years of estimating experience in civil, marine, bridge, or tunnelconstruction. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in MS Office, AGTEKTake-off, Primavera Scheduling, and estimating software like HCSSHeavyBid.
Regulatory Knowledge : Advanced understanding of agency(U)DBE requirements and civil construction industrystandards.
