We are a local Manufacturing company that is looking to bring on an experienced General Manager! We've been around for over 30 years and we are growing! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the Steel Manufacturing Industry handling Purchasing, Hiring, Inventory Management, Equipment Management, Safety, Production, Shipping / Logistics, as well as CRM accounting systems experience.

Position requirements :
- Steel Manufacturing / Industrial experience
- Adaptable mindset. Not looking to come in and change everything right away.
- Ability to work with different personalities with ease!
- Purchasing Experience (Parts & Inventory)
- Production experience (scheduling, oversee manufacturing & quality control)
- Shipping & Logistics experience (oversee shipping & receiving)
- Equipment Management experience (maintaining equipment, facilities management, scheduling maintenance on equipment)
- Safety experience (accident reports, facilitate workshops, etc.)
- Previous experience Hiring and managing personnel
