CNC Mazak Lathe Operator : Rockford, IL
Our customer in Rockford, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. As CNC Mazak Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Responsibilities of the CNC Mazak Lathe Operator :
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce parts according to precise dimensions.
- Monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC lathes and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
CNC Mazak Lathe Operator R equirements and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding CAD / CAM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay for CNC Mazak Lathe Operator : $18-20 / hour.
