Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager with a strong background in construction management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects from ground-up construction to renovations.
This role requires expertise in Procore and a passion for delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Lead project teams through all phases of construction
Profile
The successful candidate will have
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, academic, hotels, historical, religious, and interior projects
- Proficient in Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
