Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.

Your role will involve managing campaign budgets, analyzing data to measure performance, and providing strategic insights to drive campaign success.

Job Duties

  • Campaign Planning : Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Cross-Channel Integration : Coordinate efforts across various digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to create cohesive campaigns that maximize reach, business impact and ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Insights : Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management : Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
  • Client / Stakeholder Management : Serve as the main point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders, communicating campaign strategies, progress, and results effectively and building strong relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, implementing new strategies and tactics to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of working experience and 7 years in relevant role

  • Extensive Experience : Typically, 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels and industries.
  • Analytical Proficiency : Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and develop innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
