The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities : -Facility Maintenance : Conduct routine janitorial work and light plumbing, light electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform regular inspections and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including digital imaging systems, CAD / CAM machines, and other advanced dental technology tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and infrastructure promptly to prevent disruptions in laboratory operations.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with laboratory staff and management to address maintenance needs and support the implementation of new technology and equipment.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.
