We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapist - Home Health to join our amazing team.
Details of the Physical Therapist opening :
- Anticipated start date : ASAP
- Salary : $2102.91 - $2428.61 weekly
- Anticipated duration of assignment : 13 weeks
- Anticipated schedule : 5x8 Days

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist :
- Evaluates and treats patients suffering from a physical disability due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.
- Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
- Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and adjustors.
- Monitors, documents, and reports patients' progress.
Qualifications for the Physical Therapist :
- Masters of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
- Unrestricted Driver’s License and Applicable Car Insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
